  I am a professional dancer, I compete Internationally. But I needed help getting a good training in order to be better in my craft.
  
  Kevin listened to what I needed and he is helping achieve this goals for my career. He has so much passion for his work that when he talks to you, you can feel it — It makes you want to work out and keeps you motivated. He also checks on me during the week to make sure I am staying on track with the personalized program he prepared for me.
  
  Since I started with him, I can feel getting not only stronger but smarter about how to workout to have the best results.
  
  I am very happy to have him as my trainer and I highly recommend him for anyone who has any type of fitness goals. Trust me, you need the right trainer, and that is Kevin.

  Kevin has been my personal trainer for 14 years coming to my home 2 times a week and getting my body and mind ready for each day. He brings a new workout plan making for a new experience each workout. Tips on nutrition and his stretching techniques keeps my aging body in good form and shape.

  Kevin is an excellent personal trainer. He's very knowledgable and patient. Most importantly, he has helped me reach my weight goal through his exercise and eating plan. I'm feeling and looking better than I have in many years. Kevin keeps the training sessions varied and the pace and intensity just right. Thanks Kevin for encouraging me to be my best!!

  I have been training with Kevin for well over a decade. The quality and variety of workouts are fantastic. Kevin really listens to you and what your goals are, then customizes what you are doing. His focus on stretching and recovery are hugely helpful and allow me to be physically active on a daily basis. His knowledge of different movements and methods results in great workouts.

  Kevin has been my personal trainer since 2004 and his training regimen works great for me. He comes to my home and we workout in the basement or outside in fair weather. I’ve stuck with it for so long because it’s super convenient and very effective. 1 hr. workout 2 or 3x / week, depending on my work travel, and I’m in great shape. Thanks Kevin!
