  Friendly and competent coaches, clean facility, great WODs, and a great group of athletes. RAW is like family— I’ve been coming for years and highly recommend.

  This a gym for everyone. You will find the support you need at every level. Welcoming community of coaches and athletes who enjoy working out and being fit. Syndi and Joe have built an amazing space and place to focus on being better and healthier without undue pressure or competition. Definitely worth the experience.

  I joined my sister and niece for my first crossfit class and everyone was so helpful. The trainer created a personalized workout for me and corrected my exercises as needed. So much more intense and worthwhile than a visit to the gym. One of the best workouts I've ever had!
