Also was very sweet and caring. Kat had a fantastic personality and made me feel comfortable during my scan. She had me smiling and on way home in no time. Thank you.

And Kat who performed my imaging was very knowledgeable, fun, efficient, and personable. I really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere that the employees have created here. I can see why I was strongly encouraged to come here for imaging.

I was a little nervous this morning, Heather was reassuring, friendly, and positive. Never caught the name of the radiation techs, both were very friendly and accommodating of my deafness.

Not only did Lesly at the front desk take exceptional care of me & my concerns + fear for some testing I had coming up. Also Jill who works in authorization went above & beyond their normal duties at work. They cared for me as a friend, or a family member.
The fear & uncertainty I've been dealing with since being hit by a drunk driver 2 + years ago has only escalated due to consistent medical issues that keep coming up for me. The entire staff at Hudson Valley Imaging in New Windsor & in Monroe are angels. I'm incredible grateful for their diligence & understanding as I begged my personal doctors & Insurance Co. to help me along side the extraordinary staff. I can't thank this facility more than I have. I can only share with you that who ever encounters the kind, sensitive, caring hard working (entire) staff @ Hudson Valley Imaging in New Windsor... I have no doubt you are in great hands.
