  Melissa Forsyth is the best realtor in the business. I had another realtor before Melissa who showed me plenty of homes and could never close the deal, so I had to let her go. Melissa has sold a house to two of my family members within a year and was a no brainier to go with her as a realtor. Melissa worked extremely hard to get everything that me and my family were looking for and then some. Melissa takes all the information from every home you walk through and comes up with that GEM of a home that you are looking for and helps you close the deal.   Melissa is such a professional. She's easy going, easy to speak to and understanding. She always and I mean ALWAYS answers her phone. I work overnights and she explained to me that since I'm sleeping during the day, that I can call her at 4am, during the time I am working. She also walked my wife and I through the process, which can be a little overwhelming. She was stern with the sellers, lawyers and whoever was involved because she's honestly on her clients side. I can go on and on about Melissa. I am a first time home buyer with trust issues, I completely trust Melissa. You will not be disappointed picking Melissa as your realtor. She is AMAZING.
