  I lived in this building for 2 years during the start of the pandemic. The premises were always clean and maintained. The maintenance support staff always went above and beyond to help fix things. It was a pleasant short stay. Special shout-out to concierge staff Devan Maldonado who was professional and friendly. She always had a smile on her face and was the sweetest to our dog who loved meeting her everyday while going out for his daily walk and looking forward for his treats from her.

  My five stars is related to personnel. There are other things to share but for now, I thought this was important to give note to.
  
  I want to give a shout out to Carlos and Mike for being amazing in two ways. Carlos continues to help make sure the concierge area is run smoothly and is always willing to give a helping hand. Mike is interested in the ideas of members in the community. I asked if we can host an event for expectant moms and he was all for it. Building community and connecting with hundreds of people is never easy. But, that listening ear and that helping hand goes a long way.

  After 9 months, the Van der Dock garage doors are finally replaced and operating. Repairs took TOO long without communication from management. Fortunately, no damage to my vehicle during the nine months. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

  I have lived in Hudson Park for ten years and the current staff is among the most professional and stable that I have seen. I would like to specifically mention the mananger Mike Vargas, who is always readily available to handle resident issues expediently and professionally. He was also very helpful when I wanted to arrange a community event for our local City Councilperson. The maintenance staff is superior in the performance of services to the residents from what I have experienced in the past. My interactions with Carlos Martinez, the concierge in my building, 1 Alexander, have always been positive. He is very responsible, personable and seems to be friendly with the residents that I have seen him interact with (as opposed to others at the concierge desk, who can seem detached). I recently had to work with Sarah Abreu in the accounting office, who resolved my many questions and issues with a disarming positive attitude and admirable professionalism and efficiency. They all HUGE assets to the Hudson Park "community" and deserve a big raise, in my opinion.

Just had a tour at Hudson Park North and had to immediately write a great review. Sabrina gave us a tour and it was awesome. She provided a lot of details and tried her best to show us everything Hudson Park has to offer. So much so we can't wait to continue working with her and hopefully call this place our home.
