  Very impressed with this dealership. We were on vacation and needed warranty service. They got us in quickly and did the work we needed to travel home. They kept us informed as work progressed and even took time to check alignment and do a multipoint inspection. Wish we lived closer to this dealership.

  Professional and very personable service . I met with Shelly and she was outstanding. We hit it off right away . She was knowledgeable and I felt really comfortable with her. I was browsing for a new car and she answered all my questions. I can't wait to go back and buy my dream car. Shelly I will be back. Thank you for outstanding service :)

  I would absolutely recommend Hudson Buick GMC based on this particular experience with the Service Department. Carla was easy to work with and her communication skills excellent. A few guys said they'd call back and didn't during the first few days of my car being there, and my car wasn't looked at on the day of my appt, but once things got going, they really handled my concern, took care of my vehicle well, and answered my questions and made sure everything was ready before I drove off after the fix. I have been to this dealership before with less than favorable experiences, but would be comfortable coming back to this Service Dept again in the future.

  Shelly is absolutely the best car salesperson I have ever purchased a vehicle from. She is supported by an amazing staff at Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC. The experience of picking up my vehicle was super smooth as Shelly was able to take care of administrative details (insurance/financing/warranty) before I arrived. I fully endorse Shelly & Hudson and do not hesitate to recommend them for anyone in the market for a fine GMC product.

  I always have them to do my oil changes and car maintenance, because they have free wifi that for me to work and for my kids to kill time. Also, they have clean sitting area with coffee, tea, juice, bottle water and snacks for everyone.
