(May 25, 2023, 2:53 pm)I have been going to HousePaws for quite some time now, and have felt they make my cats comfortable and relaxed under their care, however, Dr. Bays truly went above and beyond with my cat and made sure he was comforted, safe, cared for and played with over the weekend. She made sure we understood everything in "people" language and just knowing she was their for us just made us feel he was safe. I would recommend her to anyone, and she just makes you feel like you have the only pet that matters and in itself is pretty amazing!

She an amazing vet and goes above and beyond for her four legged patients and their over protective owners/fur parents. Even my temperamental pup loves her along with the my easy going pups. I am so happy we found her! I will not see anyone but her and trust her 100% -
