  I don't give 5s at this level... That said, Hotel Zero is a winner! Not perfect by any means, but they do what they can to make up for their mistakes, which are infrequent..l had a plumbing issue last week which they promptly fixed. This week when I checked in and mentioned it, I was instantly upgraded from a queen room to a king. Not to mention the 15% discount for returning guests. They really try hard to please and accommodate.. I stay there at least 1 or 2 days a week, sometimes as many as 4 as I am between residences. So it pleases me that they respect one of the hands that feeds them, so to speak. Also, I'm in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, so I know proper service protocols. They have a solid understanding of such. And the staff is professional yet relatedable. They connect with you from front desk to housekeeping. And room service from the restaurant downstairs gave us a full wine presentation when we ordered a bottle!! Cant beat that...I really like it here.

  Check-in was friendly but I did request a different room as soon as I realized that room was next to the elevator. We were then assigned a different room on a higher floor, which is usually usually quieter.
  The room was clean with a desk and dresser, a comfortable lounge chair, a good closet and a large bathroom with spacious shower. The mattress was a bit saggy, which was disappointing.
  Unfortunately, we could hear the uneven hum of a fan from another room's bathroom in our room. It actually vibrated our bed. Because the bathroom light switch also turned on the fan, if the light was on, the fan was on. The people in that room left the light/ fan on all afternoon and late into the evening. Our fan was quieter and we could turn ours off.
  The availability of coffee is a nice amenity that was much appreciated.
  
  This hotel was a decent choice and reasonably priced. The staff we met were very nice.

  I was having some renovations done in my home and had to find a local hotel to stay while the floors were being redone. I was delighted that I chose this hotel, it was extremely clean, the staff was exceptional, they went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and the rooms are modern and actually made me feel like I was away on an actual vacation! I would recommend this place highly and will be discussing with my company who holds many events that require accommodations for out of state guests!
