  This is by far one of my favorite hotels! This was my first time coming here. They greeted me with so much respect and kindness. The valet parking was very orginized and the manager was very kind enough to solve our problems with such patience and respect. The people at the front desk was very nice and very understanding.
  When my family and I first walked into the room it was very CLEAN! We walked in and knew that this felt like a calm and safe environment. I wil say there was a problem with the bathroom sink and toilet but overall it was a great experiance for all of us. And the pool was clean and perfect with the most beautiful view of the sunset!
  I really do recomend Hotel LBI to anyone who wants to come with family or friends! This was a great experiance and I will definitely come again!

  The food was amazing! The amenities were just as great! I have to mention the shuttle to the beach.. bob was our driver a couple of times and he was just amazing! Funny, sweet, a heart of gold❤️ Was so friendly and engaging, reminded me of my grandpa❤️ The room was beautiful but the suite is more geared for one person. No exhaust fan in the bathroom lol the lighting wasn’t the best, If one person woke up early, you couldn’t dim a light so if you needed to do anything you needed to use phone flashlight. The pool was extremely small but the staff was great and overall it was a beautiful experience. The roof top bar was great as well but closed by 10pm which is early for the type of ambiance they were trying to create. All in all it was a good experience❤️

  AMAZING HOTEL!!!!!! Had our wedding here and every part of the experience was excellent. The service and quality is top notch. Unbelievably fantastic experience. Stayed here for the weekend our wedding, and many of our guests chose to stay too. Took advantage of the pool. Beautiful rooms. Will be returning!!!

  This hotel was very nice and felt upscale! We loved the look of the hotel and our room was really nice and spacious. My only complaint is that the floor was SUPER dirty. I only realized it after seeing my toddler’s feet were black from running around the first half hour. We didn’t utilize the amenities much but the pool looked nice from what we saw, but a bit small. The rooftop and a balcony type lounge area we found on the second floor were really nice! We got take out pizza from Salt which was delicious but we found it odd that we weren’t allowed to order sides (fries, Mac and cheese, etc) for take out. We only had to get take out because toddler was out for the night by 6:30. Only valet was available when we went, which is nice sometimes but we were in and out a lot and it just felt like a burden, especially with a kid. But I will say, the valet staff were super nice and outgoing which makes up for the rest of the staff. The woman I got at the front desk when I called prior to the trip was super nice, helpful, and so kind but when we showed up, some of the front desk staff were very…cold. Just very flat and not very welcoming. The housekeepers were very friendly and nice as well! The entrance was hard to find and easy to miss with all the construction so hopefully after the construction, it’s more visible and labeled. Location wise, we loved that it was at the entrance to the island but not near a lot of the good restaurants/places to go. All in all, I would most likely go back! My toddler had a great trip!
