(July 26, 2023, 10:25 am)We bought an Infinity-Platinum Spa from Discount Hot Tubs and had an amazing experience! Our install was not easy, we were putting the hot tub into a sunroom on our raised deck. Jason, the technician who came to deliver the tub was amazing, from start to finish! We never felt there was an issue or a doubt in his mind that the install would be flawless, and he was right!
We have had our hot tub for about two weeks now and received a complimentary follow up and our Hot Tub technician Karl came out and walked us through cleaning of the filters, the proper chemical balance to keep the water clean and clear and overall maintenance to insure the life of the hot tub. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took his time answering all our questions. We are so happy with the overall experience and look forward to enjoying our spa for many years to come. We would highly recommend Discount Hot Tubs! -

(June 12, 2023, 4:15 pm)Hot Tub Discounts was great with the whole process from purchase through delivery. We had no issues and they were willing to adjust to our needs. Jason delivered and set up our hot tub and was wonderful to interact with. He was professional and easy going through out, answering all questions that we had. His starter tips and guide made it simple for us from connecting the electrical with the electrician through initial fill with chemical use and commonly missed items. We’ll certainly be maintaining our working relationship with Hot Tub Discounts through the lifespan of our new hot tub!

(April 20, 2023, 9:53 am)Very happy with our new hot tub. We feel very comfortable going with hot tub discounts. Both their sales and service are excellent. Shelly who showed us everything that they had, explained everything in detail. We found what we wanted, and had it delivered by Jason who explained everything in detail as far as setup, care and maintenance. I couldn’t think of a question to ask when he was done. After 2 weeks they come back out and go over everything again. Both Shelly and Jason were not only helpful but extremely patient and polite. I highly recommend them.

(March 29, 2023, 11:52 am)Hot Tub Discounts was the best decision I made when looking for a hot tub. I went with a Viking spa. I am loving this. They are professional and prices are great. The delivery was amazing- white glove service. I have to give special appreciation to Karl H. He is always available to answer simple questions that a new unskilled hot tub owner would ask. Always lending advice and recommendations. I recently had an issue and Karl was there asap and fixed the issue and explained what happened and what he did.
Thanks again to Karl and the HTD team for everything
