  Best vets and vet techs in the area. I’ve brought all of my dogs here and have never had a problem. They have a lot of respect for all the people and animals that come in and take care of my anxious dog perfectly.

  There is not enough room for me to express all the kind and thoughtful things I can say about this place. My pups came to them after being hit by a car in 2018. They performed surgery to put his front leg back together and was able to keep me calm throughout the entire ordeal. Since then my spoiled baby has been under the best care you can find. They rebuilt a new office next to the old one and WOW its gorgeous! Brand new state of the art, warm and welcoming. I really appreciate that the practice offers you both holistic and regular medical treatments and procedures. My boy goes every 4 weeks for spinal manipulation!! Yep that's right Dr. Scheck realigns his whole spine taking pain away from him front leg and hips! Not to take away from Dr. Buchanan she's the go to the the holistic approach...I am not a fan of modern medicine sometimes so she has given me great suggestions in the past. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to the vet technicians are incredible! They are kind, friendly, understanding, and very patient! I won't lie at first I was apprehensive but they all won me over very very quickly....won't take my big ol baby anywhere else now!! Thank you for everything you do!

  So after getting  the dreadful cancer (osteosarcoma)
  diagnosis for my sweet dog Ava, we had to amputate her front leg (not @ H.A.H.) Moving forward with her aftercare, we decided to not pursue chemotherapy and to take a  Homeopathic/holistic approach. I'm so happy we did.  We looked no further than Hopewell Animal Hospital.  We've been there in the past with previous family members and have always been happy with the care given there. Since then, Dr. Buchanan and Dr. Scheck have embraced TCVM (traditional Chinese veterinary medicine) and, I truly believe in this ancient methodology of healing and health. I don't know where to begin, but I am so happy that my Ava is under the care of Dr. Buchanan.  After our initial visit, I knew that I was in the right place and that Dr. Buchanan was the right choice. Her level of expertise, care, and compassion towards Ava was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Buchanan leaves no stone unturned and clearly shows her expertise in traditional and TCVM. Dr. Buchanan personally called on a wellness check on Ava after a bout with her stomach. I highly recommend Hopewell Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Buchanan and your team.

  Best Vet I have brought any of my pets to. Everyone there is great. The Dr's are knowledgeable, don't rush you, answer questions, and more importantly do not push procedures or meds. The front desk staff is amazing to deal with. They are helpful, answer questions, and are very pleasant. Highly recommend.

  We had to put our sweet 13yr old german shepherd, Sasha to sleep yesterday. Of course I would have never wished putting her to sleep. But I do feel Hopewell Animal Hospital makes me feel more at ease. Sasha was able to stay in my car while the doctor came out to administer the medication. My daughter and I were able to stay petting Sasha without having to cause any stress on her by making her go into the office. Thank you as always,
