His install team was very professional and did high quality work. Very happy with the service and result, and my kids love it.

(October 17, 2022, 7:17 pm)This is the best backboard and hoop combination available on the market. It's solid glass, seriously heavy, metal construction around the glass. You get a true basketball experience. It will last forever. The cusomer service is why i went with hoops plus, but the quality of the product is just as amazing

(March 30, 2014, 7:52 pm)Contrary to that other review, I had an excellent customer service experience at Hoops Plus. They are an authorized Fisher Price Power Wheels service center and my son's little 4 wheel Cadillac Escalade wasn't running right. Hoops Plus was very friendly, diagnosed the problem and even tracked down a hard-to-find part for us. They fixed it quickly and when we came to pick it up, took us through the repair and proper operation and maintenance of the vehicle to keep it running smoothly. A+ experience and would definitely recommend!
