We are newer to farming and Daniel spent a lot of time on the phone with us explaining EVERYTHING we needed to know. The meat was all packaged great. Their attention to detail is second to none! Putting down the steer was extremely quick and respectful. Will never use another butcher.

The finished product was superb. I whole heartily recommend this butcher shop if you become a member, or need your livestock packaged. They are A #1 !!
