  I have high cholesterol and in a short few months talking with Ashley she got me back on track and it came down. She is flexible and a joy to work with. Working on loosing some weight which has always been a challenge!! I feel confident that she will get me through this😊

  I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and needed immediate help getting my new diet in order. Ashley was able to fit me into her busy schedule and was a tremendous help. She made things as simple as possible and even provided me with some great documents including a grocery list. I can’t thank Ashley enough!!!

  Ashley Has been a tremendous help and a wealth of knowledge. I am understanding carbs, fats, proteins, etc. much better now. She has helped with meal planning as well.
