  Sale rep took time to let me look at the car I wanted, did not rush me nor try to get a sale from me at the time. Once I returned the second time although the car I wanted was sold, the sale rep who again was Keith Knuffke showed me another car which was used in good condition. Keith let me look over the car interior/exterior/trunk/engine/door sills and tires; I put some money down so I could hold the car. I gave him information needed to get ready to purchase the car.
  The next day was the test drive which went well and then the paperwork which went well. Keith was great, I give Milford Honda good praise. My used car a 2018 Civic Coupe, I will take care as I have my other cars.
  Honda has previously provide me a used car for my son (2014 Civic 4 Door) which he picked out and had the same good service I just had.
  Keep the same service level throughout the car buying process Honda of Milford, I will recommended your location to others looking for new or used Honda’s

  My experience was very satisfying. I felt taken care of, Keith explained all the features of my new car to me. Mark was honest with me about where my money should go and best serve me. I was happy with the services I received.

  I just purchased a 2023 Honda Accord from Honda of Milford and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The sales (Keith) helped me find the perfect car for my needs and budget, and even offered a test drive to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. The buying process was seamless and straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprises. The staff took the time to explain all of the features and benefits of my new car and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Honda of Milford and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car.   Very nice and family oriented place. Rick worked with us to help close me in on a CRV and trade in my Civic. Honest, good pricing and easy to work with -from sales to finance. I cannot recommend Honda of Milford enough. They did not push me like many other places tried to and were honest and up front.

  If your looking to buy a Honda you must go to Honda of Milford, and ask for Manny, I have brought 4 new cars from different dealership and never have received the type of Service Manny has provided me. He is such a great sales person explaining every details before I made the choice to buy my CRV. Even though I went to the dealership in June and had to wait until August to get my car. ( most dealership are doing this) Manny would constantly call me to update me on things. As a woman buying a car by herself I felt that Manny wasn’t trying to take advantage of me, as the other dealership i went to. I felt very comfortable with manny and would recommend that if you want to buy a Honda ask for Manny. Let me tell you about Mark (in finance) wow Mark went out of his way to help me, giving me a great monthly payment. He worked on everything until finally he found something that wont hurt my budget. Forgot to mention I trade in my Jeep Compass to buy a Honda CRV. I was still making the payments on the Jeep and Mark was able to get me a car with only paying $7 more, which didn’t hurt my budget. I also decided to get the LIFETIME warranty, at a great price and fabric and car protection. I am now only paying a extra $55 per month. These two great M&M really went out their way to help me. I’m loving my Honda CRV drives great and now I feel safe driving to work with a spare tire. ( just so you know Jeep Compass does not have a spare tire in the car) and I drive 30.9 miles to and from work. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Manny and Mark for all you done for me : ) ********** 10 stars to Honda of Milford . Look how many miles this car has ran, and it stills run
