(June 21, 2023, 12:44 pm)Sometimes when you go to the service department of a dealership, you have several different experiences at the same visit, which was clearly the case for me today. Ralph (the Service Manager) and Theresa (the Service Advisor) were absolutely wonderful, understanding and responsive to the issue at hand.
However, I'll just call her J (a Service Advisor) who was helping Mike, was rude and disrespectful and was only interested in selling me diagnostic services for a problem that I have had with my 2017 and 2018 CRV's since the day I bought them. She just kept repeating it was not under warrantee although she knew it was a common problem with the CRV model, (computer issues) and that the computer update did not come out until the warrantee was over!
She insisted that I either pay the $199.95 diagnostic fee or pay $94.50 for an update fix that wasn't available until recently!
When I told her that I had been previously told that once the update was available that they would install it for free, she said my prior complaint wasn't in the system. As it turns out, even if it was, I would have been expected to pay for it per Honda Corporate, which, is not J's fault. But, why she made that an issue when it wouldn't have helped anyway was just a waste of time and a deflection from the real issue. She even threatened to keep my car unless I paid for the diagnostics!! What nerve!
Thankfully, there are heroes to this story! Theresa stepped in and spoke with Ralph and they both agreed that the right think to do was to install the upgrade at no cost. Hopefully, this will resolve a long term problem.

(April 7, 2023, 10:35 am)Can’t recommend this Honda Service Center enough!! We’ve been bringing our 2002 and 2014 Accords here for over 6 years now - and we’ve always been happy with the results!
Special thanks to service agents Nicole, Victoria and their colleagues who always present us with rational service priorities (especially for the 2002 Accord) - Give them a try!! 👍👍.

(December 23, 2022, 7:35 pm)Service was on time! Very friendly people. All earlier services like state inspections was very quick too. Changed the rear view camera. The parts was reasonable priced. Got recommendations for overall car inspection. Very professional team! Would love to visit again!
