  We've been with Homewell Care Services for about a month now. So far we are very satisfied with their operation. We have a Staffing Coordinator named Jenn who is phenominal with scheduling aides around our needs. My parents speak spanish as their first language and Jenn has worked hard to accomodate the language barriers by attempting to staff our home with spanish speaking aides. That is a big deal for us and I very much appreciate her effort.
  
  The aides they've sent so far have been attentive to my father's needs mostly which is to treat him gently and communicate with him with whatever they are helping him with at the time. Even when spanish speaking aides are not available, they have staffed our home with gentle people who understand my father's needs and accomodate accordingly.
  
  Our experience has been great to this point. We recommend Homewell Care Services to anyone looking for help caring for their elderly family members.

  Home Well was great to work with. Staffing was kind and cared about my needs. The placed a caregiver with my parents who really understood there needs and she really was amazing. Highly recommend.

  Finding the right care for my mom, or any parent, is never easy. Jen Leichtnam from HomeWell Care was instrumental in providing guidance, offering solutions and generally caring about my mother's well being not financial gain. We ended up needing more care beyond HomeWell, but Jen provided assisted living recommendations to find us the right fit and still took the time to follow up and to make sure we are ok. Their reputation within the assisted living community is very high. I have recommended them to others in need of home health, guidance or a plan on how to take care of loved ones. Care is their priority. When trying to figure out how to take care of family, start with HomeWell Care Services.

  My experience with HomeWell has been so positive. I explained my needs with regards to my Mom and they found a great fit for my Mom. My aide Cheryl is compassionate, understanding and knows how to provide a comforting presence for my Mom. She knows how to keep my Mom engaged and happy. I also had a wonderful experience with an aide named Success. Her kind, soft-spoken demeanor was exactly what my Mom needed to feel comforted. I am very pleased that HomeWell listened to my requests and provided lovely aides that genuinely cared for my Mom and did their best to be kind, comforting and engaging with my Mom. Thank You HomeWell for providing such lovely aides! My Mom and I truly are grateful.

  The entire Homewell team is wonderful- from the first contact with customer relations to the meeting with the clinical team to the at- home care for mom. The team’s collaboration made it easy for us and it was reassuring to know that the collaboration carried through on Homewell’s end because it enhanced mom’s care. And Cheryl, the caregiver assigned to mom was amazing- she was the calming presence that mom needed. We would recommend Homewell to all of our friends and family without hesitation!
