  We have used Home Instead for home health aides for both my mom and dad and now just for my dad. We have four aides who come to care for my dad 24/7. Took some time to find the right fit but the agency was wonderful in terms of helping us with that. The owner Kunwar Singh is extremely approachable and genuinely concerned and helpful when it comes to any issues that may arise. The staff in the office always informs us if an aide is unable to come for his/her shift. My dad would not do well with someone new so the agency tries to provide (and succeeds every time) a substitute aide who is someone he already knows.
  
  We are very satisfied with this type of care since my dad would not be able to live with us and he would rather be in his own home. Working with an agency gives us more peace of mind as opposed to private care so that we have less to manage.
  
  Not all agencies are alike but I would highly recommend Home Instead mostly due to their caring approach towards the client.

  Home Instead was recommended to us by a friend who had used their services. We now have had a full-time aide and part-time aide whom the agency provided to care for my elderly mother. We can’t say enough good things about this agency! Each caretakers was professional, efficient, kind and did an excellent job of meeting my mother’s needs. In addition, everyone including the owner, manager, nurse and scheduler at the agency was attentive to matching my mother’s needs with the proper caretaker and did so in a caring and professional manner. We are so happy with Home Instead and enthusiastically recommend them.

  We have used Home Instead for the past 9 months for my 92 year old mother in law for 24 hrs in home care
  
  The in home caregiver is extremely experienced, provides us updates on what we need to know and gives my Mother In Law the dignity that she deserves.
  
  Home Insteads staff checks in with us on a regular basis on status/needs and our extremely helpful in coming up with pro active solutions
