We used home companion services for over a year. The staff was always caring accommodating and reliable. The companions were very easy to work with. Susan was there to help when our needs changed. We were very grateful for their efforts!

My family and I have been working with Home Companion Services for about 4 months. All the aids that take care of my father have been more than exceptional. The care and understanding they show to my Dad is greatly appreciated. Susan and Jean who work in the office are always ready to lead a helping hand with his home care. Home Companion has provided my Mother and family with services that have been extremely important and beneficial to the care and comfort of my Mother. We have been working with Home Companion for over 4 years with increasing the needs for more companion assistance over the years. I have worked mostly with Jean and Susan for several years now and I can only attest to their professionalism and conscientious caring and concern for my Mom's welfare.
They displayed understanding and help if a companion did not turn out to be an ideal match for Mom's personality or needs. With the utmost professionalism, Jean worked to find another companion for Mom and she usually succeeded in placing another companion with Mom that satisfied all of us. Mom now has a companion for approximately 9 hours daily. We could not have managed Mom's comfort and care without the assistance of Home Companion in my home and then later in an assisted living facility.
I contacted Home Companion Services after mom came home from a long stay at a rehab facility. They were amazingly prompt at having an aide come to the house to help mom with day to day living necessities. We have had the same aide assigned to us for almost two months and she is amazing, caring, totally concerned for mom's welfare and helpful in every way. Don't know what I would have done without Home Companions and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services! My only wish is that, now that we are transitioning to Medicaid in-home long term care, out current aide could be transferred to their sister agency and become our permanent aide!
