  I'm a first time home buyer with a low budget. A few realtors walked away once they learned the number but not Maria. She really was a positive light throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain every step. She always followed through to get the seller to accept our offers as well as return the deposit when the inspection revealed too many issues. I can happily say we closed on 3-9-2020 on a home that's move in ready, in a good neighborhood, and it has every thing on my wish list :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart Maria!! I would absolutely recommend
  
  Update: I just closed on selling my CT home on 8/14/23!! Maria was just as awesome the second time around. This time I was selling my CT home from FL and Maria took care of everything for me locally to ensure a seamless sale. She answered all my questions as a first time seller and gave valued advice. She has the best energy and gave me confidence I chose correctly! From discussing the listing price and updates, to taking the pics personally, she provides A++ service. I appreciate her so much. Would 10/10 recommend again.

  We hired Maria to sell our house while we were living out of state, and we are so glad we did! She handled everything from listing the house, coordinating showings with our tenants, and even contacting contractors on our behalf to have work done on the property! She made sure all details were taken care of so that we would not have any issues at closing. We could have peace of mind knowing Maria was there to handle things for us in an efficient and effective manner.   Maria was amazing in helping us purchase a home in Connecticut. We were moving across the country and had limited time on viewing homes when we visited.We were in constant contact with Maria via text, phone, and e-mail. She dedicated 4-days just for us to show us as many homes as we could see. She was always upfront about potential concerns for the home and the area. Maria was very thorough in finding our what our needs were. When we found a home and made an offer, she was very knowledgeable on letting us know what we needed to know to make a winning bid. She helped us find a reliable and trustworthy closing attorney. We never regretted for one moment about going with Maria. I would buy/sell a home using Maria again and again.

  Maria is GREAT!!! She's very attentive to what I was looking for in a house. She is very responsive and helpful to any and all questions that I had. Maria always had my best interests come first. She always made sure that everything was 100+%. No matter who we were dealing with at the time (mortgage, home inspector, lawyer, etc.), she seemed to always be asking the questions that needed to be asked. To make sure that there was no problems and nothing left out. I will definitely be recommending Maria to all of my friends/family in CT.

  On the search for our future home, I would say I made a couple of mistakes and wasted a lot of time just because we did not get the right Realtor to properly represent us as a 1st time home buyer. Then I rethink everything and started over again, that was when I met Maria Racelis.
  
  To start with she is very knowledgeable on every aspect of her profession. She listens and advocates for her clients, She is very responsive to our questions and inquiry. She makes it sure that her client’s needs and preferences was met as a priority and is satisfied.
  
  We are also very impressed on her professionalism, work ethics and on how she negotiated and represented us as a 1st time home buyer. She is honest and always on top of her game.
  
  We were able to get our dream house because of her.
  I will hire her again in a heartbeat!
  
  I highly recommend Maria an amazing real estate agent and a wonderful person.
