(April 11, 2023, 9:17 am)I love this office. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They have stopped taking new patients to better manage the current patients who require quick follow up visits for fillings ect. I think this shows that they read and value the feedback from parents. I'm happy and thankful to have Holdbrook as our childrens' dentist! The only issue I've had is the cavity filling appointments booked so far out, and the rushed cleanings, but this will hopefully not be a problem now that they have stopped taking new patients for awhile.

(March 22, 2023, 10:10 am)I booked here through my insurance (Horizon NJ) & was able to get an appointment pretty quickly for my sons first visit. I received confirmation texts for my appointment, & was instructed to confirm. The text recommended that we wear masks and the office provides them for a $1 fee. Booking, checking in, and being seen went smoothly. My son was able to be seen right away after checking in which was really nice. The office is at 499 Beckett rd. (It’s a new suite). It is such a fun and unique office, I wasn’t expecting that at all! The staff were so kind and the hygienist was patient with my son (he did really well for 3 years old, I think it was the space reflecting a fun environment and setting the tone that this was a cool place to be, not scary!) We didn’t have any dental issues so I cannot speak on those terms. I do recommend this place based on our experience. Other reviews seem to be very negative and I was worried, however for a first dental visit I give it five stars! This office is very clean and there was a nice waiting area with a tablet for games. Only thing I would say, the vending machine outside the office doors distracts my toddler with skittles LOL, I tried to avoid it but we ended our appointment with a big fit over candy. Pretty sure many parents can relate. Otherwise a great experience!

(March 21, 2023, 11:45 am)We love Dr. Holdbrook. My special needs son is always accommodated in the surgical centers as he requires dental cleaning under anesthesia. Dr. Holdbrook always takes his time explaining all procedures in detail. He never rushes. We love it here. Thank you.
