  Hockenbury Electrical has been a pleasure to work with on a few different projects in our house including the installation of new wall sconces with wireless controls, a full electrical upgrade from 100 to 200 amps, and adding a generator outlet. Their pricing is fair, their responses are timely, and the quality is great. I plan to continue working with Jeff and his team for future improvements.

Post service the area was left impeccable clean, and an explanation of the work was provided. Service and the right diagnostic solutions can be found at this company.
  Jeff Hockenbury the owner, stirs the company with his mild and trusting manner which is evident on the phone. An email of the quote and charges are fully explained. This was very reassuring for an easy decision to move forward with the work order. I am a very happy customer, and I would recommend that you try this outfit, so you can have the same experience I had.

  We’ve been using Hockenbury Electric for over 11 years now—so long that they feel like family friends. They’ve handled every electric job we’ve ever needed done—from kitchen remodels to new breakers, fixtures, outlets, attic fans, and smoke alarms. When we’ve had emergencies, they were there the same day. And when we wanted to review options for a particular job, they were ready with unbiased and helpful advice. Every time, without exception, they did a great job. If you’re looking for top-notch, fairly-priced, utterly professional work, these are the guys for you.

  We short circuited our electrical box and due to the the demand for electricians since the hurricane, electricians were in short supply. Of the 9 calls we made to electricians, only 3 answered their phone. Messages left were not returned by the other firms and one firm could only schedule us for a week later. Mr. Hockenbury not only answered his phone, he fit us in. He personally came to the house and helped oversee the repairs. Words cannot express not only our gratitude for his compassion but also for the quality of work which restored power back to us. Extremely refreshing to receive the personal touch in this impersonal and competitive world.
