(January 13, 2021, 10:15 am)I always enjoy going here besides spending the money. When you buy a caterpillar it's like buying a Mercedes. You know to repair it it's going to be more expensive than if you owned a Honda or in this case something like a mustang or a gehl or basically any other type of machine besides a Kubota or a John Deere. Fantastic people always get the right part.

(October 16, 2020, 8:57 pm)Good job guys, there are other places closer where I can get my parts but I use these guys because of their great customer service, and In my experience they skip all the cursing and swearing that so many people make a part of their normal speech. All the workers in the parts department are great but especially Mark, he bends over backwards to help people out. Thanks! The only bad experience I have had with these people was once a guy from the service department woke up in a bad mood and was very diplomatically stubborn and refused to give me any help... that being said, most times the service department is amazingly helpful and polite.
