(August 26, 2023, 9:45 pm)Historic Smithville is worth a visit. This little village has 50 shops and 10 eateries. If you have been to Peddlers Village in Lahaska, PA, this is very similar. Some of my favorite shops were The Honey Pot and Indulgence. Make it a point to stop by Cook's Corner and enjoy the powerful aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. They also have a large selection of kitchen gadgets, jams, jellies, seasonings and gourmet foods and teas.
Wear comfortable shoes for all the walking to explore this charming place. Perhaps you will be meet one of the feathered residents. -
