(October 20, 2020, 4:14 pm)Ive been a resident at Hillside for just over 2 years. The property is pet friendly and they have dog stations located all around property. Scooby enjoys the dog park and i enjoy hanging out with my neighbors while our dogs play. The Property Managers door is always open and treats us all like family and the maintenance man resolves all issues regarding my Apartment (not there are alot) in a timely manner. Hillside is a little community jem.

New management has been making tremendous improvements and make all the tenants feel very safe and appreciated. We love that it is pet friendly and feel much more at home and part of a community than just your average apartment complex. Patty, Paul and Bobby are very responsive and get any issues fixed right away and are so personable. We love our neighbors and can't wait to see what else is in store with all the improvements going on!

Mrs. Patty made me feel great from the time I stepped foot in the office. I knew immediately that this was the place for me. The maintenance crew is excellent as well they are fast and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

(October 13, 2017, 6:07 pm)I've been here for almost a year now, I've had couple problems in the apartment that were INSTANTLY taken care of. The crew are the coolest bunch of people around. Talked me through their process! And since under new management, Patty, the leasing manager, has gone out of her way on a countless occasions to help a lot of us out. She's more than just a leasing manager, shes become a friend! Even keeps the current tenants up to date on porperty improvments via Facebook, email, and direct calls. Me and my american bulldog are happy and very comfortable living here. Friendly staff, friendly tenants, and friendly friends for my fur-baby! :-)
