  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hillsborough Funeral Home, but especially about Jeff. He was so patient and kind and was always available when helping me plan my father's service, which was a particularly difficult and complicated situation. During a very sad and stressful time, Jeff and his staff were there to help ease the burden and assist us, even after services were over. They did a beautiful job with everything and helped coordinate everything, even though the burial site was quite far away. We are very thankful for them during this time.

  I can't say enough nice things about the Hillsborough Funeral Home. Mike went out of his way to help me look for a crematory in another state. Mike, Jeff and staff were caring, understanding courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

  During such a painful time Mike and the team at Hillsborough Funeral Home were incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient. They guided our family through the entire process to ensure our mothers service was beautiful.

  Unfortunately, I needed the services of Hillsborough Funeral Home in November of 2018 when my 54 year old husband passed away suddenly. Both Michael and Jeff were patient, compassionate and professional. The only slight snafu was crowd control because no one anticipated the sheer number of mourners who turned up, even in the bad weather, but they got things under control quickly. They both went above and beyond to make sure me, my family and friends were as comfortable as possible during the most horrible time of our lives, and for that, I’m grateful.

  When a member of my immediate family died recently, we turned to Hillsborough Funeral Home. Everyone has heard horror stories involving funeral homes, but we received only courteous, respectful professionalism from Jeff and his co-workers. Hillsborough Funeral Home had to coordinate with a funeral home and cemetery in another state; my family member had to be escorted to that other state to be buried, a 5+ hour drive away. There were a lot of details here, and it would have been easy to make mistakes. But there were none. Jeff and his colleagues were efficient, reliable, and kind, and it made a hard time just a little easier.
