(February 23, 2023, 1:39 pm)I visited Highgate at Paoli Point on 2/16/2023 , You have an amazing, helpful and caring staff. I am a HHA from Promedica Hospice from the time I arrived to helping me to sign in and locating my patient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Their team is extremely communicative with our Ascend Hospice and Palliative care team as well. We are happy to be an extension of the great care that they provide. We are appreciative of their support and are grateful for everything they do to provide such excellent care to their residents.

(May 12, 2021, 9:51 am)Our experience with Highgate has been great so far! We moved my grandmother in about 2 months ago and have nothing but great things to say thus far. The staff is friendly, communicative, and very caring for their residents. They respond to emails regarding any questions you have very quickly and informatively. My grandmother seems to like her experience so far as well. They brought puppies in a few weeks ago for the residents to play with which I thought was very nice. The facility itself is very home-y feeling which was one reason my family was drawn to this place. From the layout of the building to the decor, my grandmother seems very at home here.
