  My experience at High Watch was life changing. My counselor was amazing (shout out to Kim). We tackled so many things from the moment we began therapy. I was lucky enough to also have her during equine therapy which I highly recommend. My step work coach was also a perfect match for me. . (Shout out to Bronwyn). I connected with her on a spiritual as well as personal. I can't say enough about the Mileau staff. (Too many to mention, Kelly and Brenda have to shout you out❤️❤️.). Thank you all so much.

  You CAN recover! High Watch showed me how to live again without alcohol. I struggled with self confidence thinking I could only get it with alcohol. My friends (and yes I call them friends) at HW showed me how wonderful life can be spiritually, mentally, and physically. I have a wonderful life today & my family & friends could not be any more happy for me. I went there after thinking I could do this on my own. Nov.of 22 was my second time there in a year. This time absolutely scared and going on with my heart open. It worked. I continued with IOP when I left after being there for 2 months and continue daily with the HW app. Meetings. These people are now my family. I always have someone to talk to wether good or bad. If you are considering a rehab that is compassionate,non judgemental, and there only to help you than High Watch is the place for you!! Oh yeah don't get me started on the desserts!!! Gods Speed

  I was 65 years old when I entered HWRC on 4/22/22 barely sober, detoxed and hopeless. This was my first and only effort to deal with my alcoholism. I have been sober since 4/16/2022(detoxed elsewhere).
  HWRC staff from Admissions, cooks, groundskeepers, clinicians, nursing etc. have been wonderful, they embraced me as a human being in need of help. They loved me until I could learn to love myself.
  The program is well grounded in the AA methodology, practice and the steps of AA. The staff are all in recovery and not alien from the community of Fellows.
  The extracurricular activities all support your recovery and experience which is very regulated but necessary to your wellbeing. You get out of the program what you put in and it works if you work it.
  I am a stone cold Atheist(50 years) and HWRC and AA works for me. The HWRC rules are strict and for your benefit… so acceptance is your first hurdle/ step, embrace it.
  I stayed 45days, discharged on 6/6/22 and have not regretted my decision to enter HWRC. My discharge plans were well discussed and set up before exit. The HWRC, Alumni program is essential to your continued recovery and a wealth of support and information.And it’s fun.

  Highwatch Recovery Center was the first rehabilitation center that I have ever attended, it will also be the last recovery center I ever attend! As you can imagine-attending a rehabilitation facility for the first time can be quite nerve racking, but from the moment I walked through those front doors…I felt welcomed to the utmost degree. Highwatch has given me the freedom to live a substance free life, all due to the tremendous program that is delivered by each member of the Highwatch staff. The program speaks for itself-Highwatch gives you the tools needed to succeed! I would recommend Highwatch to any person in need of help!

  I attended this facility in 2013 and must say that the program itself is amazing. It was not the end all for me as I had about another year run but the tools I was equipped with after leaving High Watch were there and I have (only by the grace of God) celebrated 9 years sober on 6/30/23. I credit this program for my ultimate success. I have since remarried, had a beautiful daughter, rekindled relationships with family, and successfully grown my career with 5 promotions. I attribute everything I have today to their program. Thank you for the experience!
