  Why would you even think about purchasing from Amazon when you've got these guys at HPS. I know it can be tempting and convenient, but DON'T BUY YOUR SCOPE FROM AMAZON. They are just as fast, and they MATCH PRICES, so don't let that keep you from using them. I know this from experience with them.
  Purchased both my Celestron Starsense scopes from HPS. Their person-to-person service is unmatchable. From the phone to email, all communication from this company is top notch and over the top friendly. I really hope they don't lose that because that's how you win over and keep customers coming back.

  This company is so helpful and kind that I cannot praise them enough. I found them after a previous company ignored my e-mails, chat message and phone messages asking for help. I was trying to find a telescope for Father’s Day to replace the one my husband had dropped (much to his great distress!) Caruso gave me excellent advice about the telescope and after explaining that they did not have it in stock, told me where it was in stock! I was able to purchase it immediately and received it the next day! This is real caring for customers. I will always buy from this company and advise everyone else to buy from them also.

  I have places three orders with Highpoint Scientific and I have been extremely satisfied.
  I ordered a Celestron 6se computerized telescope bundle which was shipped efficiently and received in excellent condition.
  I also ordered a hard case for the celestron 6se to keep it safe when not in use. Great information and delivery again.
  Recently I inquired with the techs as to my options for photography with this telescope and the response I received was very quick and knowledgeable.
  Davids recommendation verified the research I had done and I totaly agreed with the information he provided.

  I checked every place to find the best company to buy my first telescope from. Every place recommend High point scientific, and nothing short of impressive from descriptions on products to understand the item, best pricing, great customer service, live chat and email and I've gotten most of my eyepiece and accessories in 2 days, which was awesome. 12/10

  High Point Scientific has the customer service thing figure out. Though the telescope I initially purchased was on back order until July, customer service representative, Caruso, helped me find an in-stock alternative that will work perfectly for our needs. I ended up actually purchasing two telescopes and some accessories and Caruso walked me through the entire process to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Because our order was funded by a grant there were some tricky aspects to the purchase (no tax, debit card limit, etc..) that Caruso helped with. Whether by phone or email the communication was timely and excellent. I highly recommend High Point Scientific.
