Another car had scraped our car near the front headlight. There was no serious body damage except for the paint that came off around the headlight area. I took the car in for an estimate and we set a day to bring it in. They finished the job in less than two days and it looks like nothing ever happened. A perfect job and in short time. We are very pleased with High Grade.
Very pleased. The main reason I went to High Grade Auto Body was relatively minor. A piece of plastic trim inside the car, below the passenger's window, had separated from the door. Our regular repair shop said that really was work for an auto body shop. So I went to High Grade to see what they could do, since they're a local shop I'd seen many times in my travels.
The boss checked it out and said he could try to glue it back down. I asked what it would cost, and he said $25. I couldn't argue with a price like that. So we set a date, and I went back. It didn't take long. While it was there, he even buffed out a mark on the side of the car that some knucklehead had put there with a shopping cart.
When I got back, everything looked great. So I asked how much for everything, and he said he didn't want to charge me. He wasn't sure the glue job on that interior trim would last, "so how can I charge you?" I paid the $25 we'd first discussed, and I still felt that was very fair. But how many businesses these days have such integrity, to say he didn't want to charge me because he wasn't sure the fix would last? That's great ethics, and if I need auto body services again, I'll definitely be back!
Best body shop ever. Steve and Justin are great and fair when it comes to pricing. Their work is always top notch and done in a timely fashion. They are very trust worthy and loyal. I have been working with them for years and will always come back. I have and will continue to refer friends and family. I highly recommend them for any and all auto body needs!
Just want to give a great bug THANK YOU to Justin and his crew for the superb job they did on my 2017 Highlander. Perfect fit and color match. From start to finish could not have been any more professional. Highly recommended 5+++. And he even delivered my car to my home after he was done. Great job.
