My husband and I have worked with Chris from Heyer Water for almost 15 years, and he has installed well pumps and a water filtration system and handled maintenance and repairs to the water system in our 140-year-old house. In all that time, he's been unfailingly reliable, honest and patient, and he's always come right away to help us out of a jam. Heyer Water is a great company to deal with. Highly recommended. Chris is truly fantastic. He's efficient, very honest, punctual and does a very thorough job. He's patient and clearly able to explain differences in options and why they may matter to the overall water pressure system in my place in Mount Tremper -- giving me the benefit of making the short-term cost-efficient choice vs the one that would be best for the long term. I first met him in Nov 2019 when he tested the drinking water in our place completely for free. The second time we used his services was to clean out an outdated filtration tank that had to be dumped out by hand. I couldn’t spring for an updated system so Chris figured out a way to get it done at half the price.
And finally he charged us a very reasonable price for 1/2 day worth of work for replacing our entire well pump along with fixing up some work others had previously done incorrectly. He's a good hard working guy, reliable, straight-forward and totally honest. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our water pump/filtration systems. We plan to use him again and highly recommend him.
