(March 25, 2019, 9:33 am)We have been purchasing our meat and eggs from Hershberger Heritage Farm for over 2 years and are so impressed with the quality, flavor, and variety. During the summer months, we join the CSA by buying a prepaid gift card and we make weekly selections at Blooming Glen Farm. Nathan is great about making recommendations for cuts of beef and pork that work well for grilling, crockpot meals, etc. We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey from Hershberger this year and our guests raved about the flavor.
During the fall/winter months, we get bi-weekly Berger Box deliveries with a variety of chicken, pork, and beef to try...as well as the best eggs you will find! We enjoy the convenience of having the highest quality, LOCAL, pastured and grass-fed proteins delivered to our doorstep.
As a Certified Health Coach, I know that the quality of the meat and eggs we feed our families is vitally important. We are so lucky to have a farm with such high standards in our local community. Nathan and Sheila are not only wonderful farmers, but truly nice people. -

The quality of the meat is unsurpassed and the owners are terrific people. Super nice and very helpful. The meat is organic and comes from animals that are raised by rigorous and ethical standards. One of the owners is a USAF veteran and with a family tradition in farming, they have combined these experiences to create a tremendous resource for the community.
