  Heritage Homes is WONDERFUL to work with!!! Frank and Susan made the process extremely manageable and stress free. They kept us up to date with weekly progress reports, detailing the upcoming work to be done and any decisions that we would have to make in the near future. Susan held our hands and helped pick out all the little details that made our home perfect. While Frank’s creativity and intuition helped us make efficient decisions in areas we were unfamiliar with, all the while staying the most calm through any problems that arose.
  
  There was always someone working on site each and everyday, which as anyone could imagine was very important and we’ve also received countless compliments on the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The entire staff are considerate, helpful and extremely professional. They have amazing communication, there was no financial surprises, and they kept their word and were ON TIME! We felt fully supported throughout the entire process and we highly recommend Heritage Homes to anyone and everyone!

  One of the best decisions I have made in this life was hiring Hertiage Homes to do my whole house renovation. They literally built my dream home. I live in Lake Mohawk which is known for its unique architecture and style. Preserving aspects of my 1928 original Crane lake house while building an efficient and modern home was the goal. They met and exceeded all my expectations.
  
  They are true craftsmen who seamlessly incorporated elements of my old house into the new one to keep the spirit of my Crane house alive. I literally had tears in my eyes several times when I saw key elements come together in ways I would never thought of. These builders are true artists!!
  
  Working with Frank and Susan was wonderful. They were excellent communicators who listen and responded quickly to my questions and inquires. Each week they sent out a schedule so you knew where you were in the building process. They both have excellent 'eye to detail' and I trusted them to guide me through this process. (I have done commercial construction before but not personal). They made me feel like I was there only customer.
  
  They renovated my home in the timeframe stated and they were competitive in their pricing. My neighbors all complimented me on how professional and gracious the workers were. (We live on a quaint small street). My house is the talk of the neighborhood and everyone who sees the final project compliments on the workmanship and how fast the work was completed. I couldn’t be happier or recommend them more strongly!!

  We bought a house that needed a lot of work so we had several contractors come in to quote us. Heritage was not the cheapest, but I felt that Frank immediately understood what we were looking for. He took careful notes and made us think about other ways we could improve our home that we hadn't considered. But of course, lots of contractors promise big but underdeliver. That's not who Frank and Sue are. They and their team were committed to delivering work that both my husband and I were satisfied with. There were definitely times when we wanted to make some changes to what they had done, but they always made sure we were happy with the final result.
  
  I've heard a lot of horror stories lately about contractors not showing up or not delivering what they promised. So, I feel very fortunate that we found Frank and Sue because they were very reliable, fair and very concerned about customer satisfaction.
  
  Of course, I wish they could have worked faster at times but that was mainly due to material shortages which were totally out of their control.
  
  They and their team are warm and personable. While Frank oversaw the different crews doing the work, Sue helped us with our color choices for the painting and staining. She also helped us pick out our fixtures. During that whole time, they always remained professional and friendly.
  
  In summary, if you want the job done well, hire Heritage because they have the work ethic and follow-through to get the job done right. We are happy customers!

  We recently hired Heritage Homes for a master bath remodel/attic space remodel and we could not have been happier with the project. They started and completed on-time, on budget and the work was fantastic. Frank, Susan and the Heritage team we’re great to work with, highly would recommend and would use them again for a future project!

  Where to begin? We used Heritage Homes to renovate our house and we could not be happier. Anyone who is contemplating renovating their home should read this. We knew absolutely nothing about this entire process, all that we knew was we didn’t like our bi-level home, it was completely outdated/ugly and not conducive to raising kids. We started our process by calling up a couple companies we found on Google and the designs were very boring and no one stood out to us. We came across Heritage Homes and also heard about A LOT of houses they have done in Denville - they are a Denville based company. We drove by about 5 houses that were within minutes of our house that they had done, and they were absolutely gorgeous. From the start when Frank first walked through our doors and greeted us we knew this was going to be different. He spoke to us about what we want and what he thinks we should have without changing anything structurally. He left no stone unturned during our first meeting, he painted a very clear picture in our heads on what our house could look like inside and out. A few more talks and we signed on the dotted line. Frank has a very large team and he made sure my wife and I knew everyone’s name as they walked through the door and what their job was. Heritage Homes sent out weekly emails with what was going to get done and let me tell you having someone like Frank and Susan who pays attention to detail he made sure his team was on schedule. We knew when the roof was getting raised, when the flooring was done, fireplace constructed, etc. The architectruel spin that Heritage Homes provided completely changed the whole dynamic of the house. HH raises the bar for all construction companies, I cant even tell you how happy we are. Every step of the way over the course of the months of our renovation we were constantly impressed. The only downside is we don’t get to hang out with Franks team when we get home from work anymore Haha. We would highly recommend them. Thank you very much Frank and Susan!!!
