Not only did they take care of the reoccurring problem with my car that I have taken to many shops, they did it within a couple of hours, that’s extremely fast service. And I wanna give a shout to the owner Dylan for his great customer service and hospitality.

They're super friendly, professional and very cost efficient and honest which is very hard to find in a shop I've had several cars/trucks transmissions done here and I always had great results, speak to the owner Dylan and he will most certainly take care of you.

(November 4, 2020, 3:13 am)The shop owner (Dylan) is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. If you tell him what you need done he will get it done for you 100% correct and in a very timely manner. I only come to Dylan for all my mechanical needs. I live 30 minutes away from the shop even thought I have plenty of shops all around me here in Selden and Centereach but the work Dylan and his crew does is well worth the drive. Got new brakes and an oil change and they had it done in under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Hercules to anyone in need of some auto work.

(October 19, 2019, 1:01 pm)I found a Groupon for this place($29 for a full synthetic oil and filter change), and made the appointment a few days out. I brought it in, and it's tucked away in the industrial area of Deer Park, but the owner is friendly. He even helped me find a place to park near his shop. The job was done in about 40 minutes, and he promised me that price going forward for oil changes. According to him, he moved from Port Jefferson several months ago, and he's trying to make his name in Deer Park now. They normally do transmission work, but he's trying to branch out. Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret so I don't have to share, but I want to reward excellent customer service.
