Immediately I could tell he is a really smart person as well as extremely caring; he focused in on my particular goals and could gather all my scattered details together to form a picture of who I am. I really felt “seen”!
Ryan had prepared ahead of our session, as well I(we’d had a previous conversation so he knew some of my basic info). I was able to take very clear notes from him on my next steps in life, in the macro sense as well as micro. Ryan mapped out a delineated plan for the next several months for me, and as a result I feel much more confident in myself (& my ability to achieve my goals!) than before our meeting. It’s incredible to have a person dedicated to hearing out my questions and fears, who is then able to offer advice directed at my particular needs.
This life coach is a no-brainer. I cannot more highly recommend Ryan at Herbal Lifestyle. He is literally helping me make a dream come true for myself! Thanks Ryan. We’ll be in touch!
