First Dermatologist I could say know what they are doing. They don't just throw treatments at you to try and in their trial and error, you keep coming back because they don't work. I trust Dr. Henning to care for my teenage boys eczema and acne. I don't normally leave public feedback but I feel that he is worthy of one. Highly recommended. Client for over 5 years. I just only wish they offer Video calls for something simple and f/u at times.
As busy as the office was that day the front desk was friendly and helpful. The staff worked efficiently to get patients seen in a timely manner. Dr. Henning was his friendly self and got right to business on our issue. Would highly recommend this office for your dermatology issues.
Amazing staff and quick service. Ms. Parita was great, took her time explaining everything to us and wrote all the notes on paper for us regarding topical. All our questions were answered with good details. They had some emergency in the office while we were there and she came in a room twice to apologize for delay even though it was only small delay. By far the best dermatology office in town for sure.
I always trust Dr Henning and his entire staff with managing my dermatology healthcare! I have some precancerous spots on my scalp which he identified early and is treating so they do not turn into something worse. Dr Henning fosters a terrific patient/doctor relationship and builds trust with his patients!
i want to also call out that Dr Henning’s office staff is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating which is NOT the norm in many other medical offices!
One of the BEST Doctor/Office experiences ever! The waiting area is clean and calm. I was thrilled they did not have on the news like every other office. Instead, their flat screen has helpful, educational material and positive messages. The staff is kind! There was no wait! Dr. Shaffer and Dr. Henning were both kind, thorough and positive. This is my new dermatology office and I couldn’t be more pleased!
