  To preface, I was initially going to go with some larger Tesla affiliated company. I had called that initial company and even trying to get scheduled, I didn’t feel the person on the other end took my needs into consideration and was just throwing so many technical terms at me with no explanation and trying to get me locked in as soon as they could. I knew absolutely little about what was what when it comes to charging and what I needed to get done.
  
  I started my search and that’s when I came across Henelect. Garrett the owner, was super welcoming and down to earth. We spoke over the phone when I was initially trying to figure things out and the way things were broken down to me and explained, at a level so I could understand and also learn was really great. I could tell he was really passionate about what he does for a living. This helped me solidify my choice to go with Henelect because I really felt looked after during this whole process. Any concern or question I had, not only did they give an answer but they also explained why. This is important for someone like me who is coming from a place of no electrical knowledge or known how. I didn’t know my panel couldn’t handle the load for EV charging as I was already pretty close to a high load at only 100 AMPs. Every single thing I was unsure about, Henelect made sure I was aware of these details fully before getting the install date sorted and an estimate locked in. I had a lot of questions lol, so I appreciate that they took the time to help me understand everything and didn’t make me feel rushed into something I knew nothing about.
  
  The install day went perfectly. Three gentlemen came by and did the install. Super professional. They came by at the specified time and even brought a portable unit so working from home could be accomplished (I needed a panel upgrade so no power, so the unit they provided really helped). They upgraded our panel from a 100 AMP to 200 AMP one (future proofing as we eventually are considering solar as well). This is an older house so I knew it was going to be a big job. You couldn’t tell, as they made short work of the whole process. The panel install got done and EV charger was the last to be put up. We tested everything out and made sure it was all in working order and my car charges lightning fast! I communicated with Chris a lot who is the owners son and who also did the install. Super nice guy as well! It was just such a seamless experience, I would definitely pick them again for any future electrical work!
  
  I would recommend them to everyone. You can tell the owner is passionate about his work not only through his words but also actions. Their company vehicles are even electric vans which I thought was really cool. For a company promoting electrical work and EV charging installations, a first impression is everything and seeing that the company stands by what they do even when it comes to the type of vehicles they utilize was definitely a plus.
  
  If you’re shopping around for an EV install, give Henelect a call and at the minimum, get an estimate and talk to the owner, Garrett. He’s super knowledgeable and really takes the clients needs into consideration. When deciding where to install, I was conflicted on locations and also charging speed (50 vs 60 AMP circuit). He took the time to break down the differences of both, potential charging times, why a location for the EV charger may better be suited for one location vs another, etc. It just was a really positive experience and I can’t recommend them enough.
  
  Thanks to everyone from Henelect who did my install that day. Again, if you’re shopping around, give them a call! I’m sure you’ll end up just like me and going with Henelect!

  They did an excellent job. They were slightly late but gave me good credit. The work is high quality and respectable. The parts were very good and great, professional work done! I highly recommend them. If anyone needs an EV charge, definitely each out to them.

  One of my neighbors recommended Henelect for Tesla charger installation. Chris and Gary are very personable and professional. Their knowledge in EV and related technologies is exemplary and, their workmanship is exceptional. They are genuinely interested in getting the job done right the first time.

  Henelect did an awesome job installing our ChargePoint! Chris was incredible responsive and has a tone of experience with EV chargers. That was important to us given the newness of the industry. I am so glad I didn’t go with some national matching service and use these local guys!

  Chris was very responsive during the conversation for an estimate. Gary, Chris and a coworker came in on time. Chris kept me informed of the changes in advance. Gary explained me the work plan clearly after a quick assessment. The job was done flawlessly and they left everything clean and neat. I definitely would recommend the nice team.
