(July 10, 2023, 8:58 am)Mr. Hendershot is the real deal, a no B.S. kind of guy. Seriously good quality work at reasonable prices AND he posts the work in CarFax for you, making it easy to track your repairs & maintenance. If you are looking for a good salesman, or someone who is touchy-feely, this may not be a good fit. If you want a quality repair that you can trust, this is a great fit. I am a DIY-er, when the work is above my skillset, I take it here.

(April 1, 2022, 7:04 am)We were referred to Hendershot’s by our usual mechanic after a catastrophic problem arose with our new to us GMC Acadia. Hendershot’s took the time to carefully diagnose the issues as best they could before starting the work. Once they got started, it was clear the problems were even worse than we first expected, but there was no way to know that until they dug in. Because of this, they asked my husband to come see the damage before moving forward. They offered several options to us if we wanted to take it elsewhere to get a second opinion, But we felt 100% confident in their recommendations and asked them to make the repairs. Their attention to detail is incredible. They even fixed the driver’s side door that had been sticking without us mentioning it. We paid a more than fair price and feel like even though this awful thing happened, we drove away knowing we have a brand new car and if down the road something ever happens again to any of our cars, we have another reliable, trustworthy mechanic to call.
