  Jamie is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helped me meet and maintain my fitness goals. I highly recommend her!

  I contacted Jamie to find out her price range for helping my daughter with weight management. Unfortunately at this present I had to pass due to my financial situation. Jamie (who I have never meet) was extremely kind and has answered a few of my questions and even gave me websites for my daughter to help with her weight.
  
  It is so nice and refreshing to have somebody who doesn't know you and isn't being paid for their services to help you out in anyway they could.

  She kicks your butt, but in the way that makes you feel awesome afterwards, and makes you want more. She doesn't make working out seem like something that is work. Always a sense of accomplishment after every workout!
  
  Insanely knowledgeable, works wonderfully within your limitation, yet still pushes you to the next level. She's a super motivational person!
