Enter into a state of peace and bliss at Heartwell House. They offer incredible and intentional Kundalini yoga, meditation and movement classes along with sound healing and other community workshops and events. The space is light, bright and spacious. Enter into the crystal shop and immediately feel welcomed by John and Laura with tea. They have every prop you need so you can walk in without a yoga mat and still feel supported and make yourself comfortable. We love to come and start our day with Kundalini yoga and meditation in their heart centered space!
