All of the classes have been phenomenal and very helpful in my healing process. Also, I appreciate the instructors’ flexibility and willingness to continue teaching classes on Zoom during this time of social isolation.

(May 21, 2019, 4:41 pm)Wow, where to begin? This studio has it all, it’s warm, kind, loving, nonjudgmental, compassionate, relaxing and healing. The studio is clean inviting and just filled with smiles, hugs and lots of love. I’ve been going to Bonni-Lynne’s for over a year and she is just so caring and healing, you will never want to leave. I also do private healing sessions with her and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed with myself. I highly recommend HeartnSoul Yoga Studio.

(February 28, 2018, 12:02 pm)The most awesomest place to practice Yoga!! I highly recommend HeartnSoul Yoga! Bonnie is a very caring compassionate teacher and offers a variety of yoga classes. She has Aerial Yoga with silk hammocks, its the latest most popular Yoga! Its fun and safe for all levels of experience and if you keep coming to class you will greatly increase your strength and flexibility to achieve more postures. I love Restorative Yoga with live acoustic guitar music with John! Very relaxing and healing Bonnie has you do gentle yoga poses and comes around and gently massages each student in neck and back.. This class is great for folks that spend their work days sitting infront of a computer..you stretch and restore your muscles and work out that tension. Also available are Other classes throughout the week plus Massage, Belly Dance Classes, Mini retreat workshops, Wellness fairs, and Gifts for sale. Plus more! I highly recommend HeartnSoul Yoga and Wellness Center for everyone!
