  The staff was honest during the whole process. We are extremely happy with the end result. They guys that came to do the install, were so friendly and educated us on the pros and cons. So happy with thankful for such a great team.

  Professional and knowledgeable staff and team. High quality workmanship regarding chimney sweeping, masonry repairs, stove installations, chimney liners, etc. Most impressive to me is being a licensed plumber (not too many accredited chimney companies can legally perform gas work). I can see why they're always really busy. I recommend H&H to a lot of my friends.

  We recently purchased a Jøtul F 500 Oslo from Hearth and Home and had them handle the installation as well. Our initial contact was with Debbie, who spent a good amount of time with us in the store showing us several models and explaining each. Our next contact was with Marvin, who came out to our home to assess the space and give us an estimate. He too spent a good amount of time with me, fully explaining the project requirements and giving me options to think about. Because we would be removing and rebuilding a wall where an old existing stove had been, it took some extra coordination between me, the store, and my contractor to make sure that layouts would work and clearances would be met. I visited the store on several occasions as well as made some phone calls to discuss the matter and, in every instance, I was dealt with patiently and professionally by the staff. Josh was particularly helpful, having spent a decent amount of time working out these details to ensure a successful installation. When installation day finally arrived, Ben and Mike did an amazing job putting the stove in. They were knowledgable, efficient, and careful, and once again, had no problem taking the time to review the installation and provide some tips on how to operate and care for our new stove. Finally, I stopped by the store after the installation to pick up a thermometer, and ran into Marvin. We spoke at length about the job they had just done for me and about how to get the most out of the new stove. He even threw in that thermometer free of charge! Needless to say, we had a very positive experience with Hearth and Home, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The one gripe I do have is that the time period between when we put down a deposit on the stove and the actual installation date spanned three months. Of course, we started the process at the wrong time of year, but we had no choice as we were moving into a new home. It would have been nice if we didn't have to wait so long to enjoy the heat and comfort our new stove provides us. So make sure you go in the spring! Thanks, Hearth and Home.
