(July 19, 2023, 4:37 pm)I'm very happy with the monitor I received in the end. The customer service is great. I was sent a nonfunctioning monitor originally. I told them about it and they sent a replacement immediately. However only the strap was included. I emailed them about it, and they sent a new heart rate monitor that works great. The process took longer than I expected thus the 4 star rating.

(May 10, 2023, 1:14 am)Purchased replacement for Polar H10 strap, which had caused some skin irritation. Replacement works great, no irritation, and prefer the connector. Quick shipping. Will be back when I need another.
