(June 29, 2023, 7:16 pm)I was able to get an appointment for a wellness check the day I asked. I was nervous coming to a new vet but was so pleasantly surprised. The quality of care was excellent, the vet and vet tech were so kind and thorough and answered all questions I asked, and provided many resources for upkeeping my pets’ wellness. They also went through each charge for all the treatments before administering them which I found extremely refreshing! Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

(June 16, 2023, 7:14 pm)It's difficult to find a great vet and great staff in one office. At Heart + Paw in Lake Hopatcong, I was happy to find this combination. Took my pup for a visit on this Friday evening, and Dr. Blackmon, tech Dariana, and care coordinator Karen could not have been more professional, friendly, caring, and efficient. I never felt rushed despite having stayed past their closing time, and Dr. Blackmon took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. He explained things that prior vets could not be bothered to. The staff also took care of getting medical records from prior vets offices, and were very responsive to texts as well. My pup sometimes feels uncomfortable with new people and new surroundings, but she could not have been more comfortable here. I'm used to driving an hour to take my pups to good vets, so having one so close to me is such a welcome change. I highly recommend Heart + Paw and will definitely be back.

(June 16, 2023, 2:49 pm)Brought my dog here for the first time. The facility was so clean. We didn't have to wait. They walked us right into the exam room. The vet and tech were so sweet and thorough with my dog. Excellent experience! Definitely recommend!

(June 15, 2023, 6:50 pm)Love this establishment. Such a beautiful office! But the staff at Heart + Paw is absolutely amazing!!!! Dr.Blackman is also one of the best vets to exist. He has been my bernedoodles veterinarian since she was a baby for almost 2 years now and caring for my new fur puppy, Winter. I love this place, and we love Dr. Blackman!!!!

(June 13, 2023, 2:48 pm)We loved our visit at Heart + Paw! The facility was nice and clean and all of the staff were friendly and made us and our kitty feel very comfortable. We got a price breakdown before any procedures were started and got all of our questions answered. It felt like they really care about their patients. The veterinarian was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Our kitty was very happy coming home after her visit. We would recommend Heart + Paw to anyone!
