  Personal trainer turned therapist and friend. Signing up to work with Kim at Heart Fitness was one of the best decisions I made for myself. She is so professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and leads by example! She is patient, passionate about health & fitness, and wanted to meet my goals just as much as I did!! She helped me with personal training and mea preps as well as accountability in between sessions! I highly recommend her services!

  I’m so happy to have met a professional in the field i can work one on one with and feel comfortable. From meal prepping, training, coaching and inspiration, Kim has got it all covered. Don’t be intimidated by her image, she’s sweet, easy to get along with while results driven. One of the best decisions I made for my mental health in 2021was signing up with HEART FITNESS.

  I have been with Heart fitness for over 2 years. As my goals evolve, Kim has been able to plan support me by making appropriate workout plans, meal plans and putting me in the right mind set. Kim is professional and knows what she is talking about! If you have a goal with a deadline, she will get you there!

  I can't say enough about Kim. She has been my personal trainer for a while now and she is amazing. She has helped me stay on track with proper nutrition, daily fitness goals, and really takes time to get to you know and your body's needs. She takes pride in training her clients and you can tell she is so passionate about her work! I love the one on one coaching she gives me! Her skills are life changing! Don't wait to contact her!
