The positives are the turkey burger and fries were awesome! Great flavor profiles, loved it and will be back for that awesomeness! The greens are fresh and the salad dressing is amazing! Do you sell it on its own?!
My main complaint and reason to only give 4 stars is the person who rang me up was not knowledgable about the products.
When I asked questions about ingrediants she had very simple, one word answers and seemed uncomfortable answering the questions. She was very nice and treated us very well, five stars for that! I just think it is a case of mismanagement by a lack of training in the front of the house.
It was our first time in, I expressed that and had a lot of questions. We were the only two people there at the moment so I felt a little robbed of the expirience! I was also not offered any additional upsells! Now I know most people hate that but I was not given any extra add on choices..(I would have spent more money!) I learned this when I got home and did my research.
We spent $300 on a few meals and drinks to take home to try and a three day soup cleanse.
My second complaint is my halibut was overcooked and dry....So of course after I heated it up it was VERY dry and overcooked. I am not sure if it is supposed to be a cold salad or not. Does not matter because it tasted that way before I heated it up. On the plus side it was NOT fishy!
Is there a day of the week when a more knowledgable person is there to answer questions?
I am new to the area and have major diet restrictions! I always support my local businesses and would LOVE to spend my money at the Healthy Palate!

(November 28, 2018, 9:00 pm)If you want high quality healthy food stop in Healthy Palate! Everything is always fresh and they are on top and in the know of the latest healthy food trends. Some of my favs are the turkey burger and breakfast wrap. Amazing soups and salads too. Oh and if you’re in the mood for something decadent you MUST try the brownie! It’s beyond!
