(June 16, 2021, 7:38 pm)I met Mary Keator through Westfield State University in an English class she teaches, Writing and Yoga. The style of the class was like no other. We met in a safe and sacred space to practice yoga as well as write about the experiences we were having and topics we were learning about. I felt a true transformation within my mindset, lifestyle, and actions. Each moment is different, some feel effortless and others difficult, but I always find myself coming back to the breath and movement of my body. I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to meet Dr Keator and stay in contact with her the way I have. If you have the opportunity to practice yoga with her I believe you will come to several profound realizations, your consciousness will be raised, and your energy uplifted.

(May 12, 2021, 7:53 pm)I am a former student of Professor Mary Keator. In the two courses I have taken with her at Westfield State University, I have learned so much. I actually caught myself saying that I “never want to stop learning from Professor Keator”. The knowledge that she shares is enough to truly impact your life in an amazing way. I’m not sure if I have met a human so humble and respectful as Professor Keator. She understands that as a teacher her job is not only to share knowledge but to gain knowledge from her students as well. Her yoga is wonderful and always helped me to de-stress.
