  We had a great experience from start to finish! Jeaustin was great with explaining different models and features to help us decide on our purchase. Once our tub was in, Jeaustin got us a quick delivery date. The delivery guys were professional and very careful during set-up. Jeaustin always texted us back quickly with answers to questions we had. We highly recommend!! We are very satisfied with our purchase and the customer service.

  Just got our Highlife Envoy hot tub installed by HealthMate Hot Tubs - the second hot tub we bought from them (first was 15 years ago!).
  
  Aldo Caruso (salesman) was fantastic (just as Marco had been the last time). He helped us pick out the tub that was right for us (considering current & future needs), worked out a fair price, and then showed up 3 days later with the new tub. Removal of the old tub and installation of the new one (including light construction on the deck, as needed) was all done in a matter of hours - no extra charges, no headaches for us. He came back the next day to service the tub and show us exactly how to operate & care for it.
  
  We went from shopping to soaking in just five days. Could not be happier. HIGHLY recommended!

  We purchased our first hot tub with Healthmate Hot Tubs ,Marco was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable he answered all of our questions. The set up process was quick and easy, the installation crew takes the time to walk you through the steps. They truly cares about they customers. The customer service is impeccable. So happy with our purchase

  Amazing company to work with. They are very upfront to tell you the cost of service and by when it will be done. One thing I would specifically want to highlight is the honesty of this company, I was told a cost to replace the main board to be arnd $1600 and I accepted that price. The next day the company called back and said the board that would fit my hot tub is cheaper so the total cost would be $1000. That saved me $600 straight up. I mean who does that once you have agreed to a price. I am very thankful to Healthmate for not only resolving the issue with my tub but also been ethical. You guys have a customer for life. Thank you again.

  Can’t say enough about HealthMate and our salesperson Aldo! He made the purchase process fast and easy. Offered great financing and faster than expected delivery. The deliver team is top notch for sure. They were super careful handling our Grandee tub, walked me through a quick start up and made sure position of tub was where we wanted it. They didn’t leave until we were 100% happy. This place just has amazing service all around. They know what they’re doing.
