(January 15, 2021, 3:57 pm)Jacquie is by far the most competent navigator of health insurance plans I have spoken to ever. It is impossible to buy a plan directly from a provider such as Blue Cross Blue Sheila or MVP and when you do call these companies they know very little about the plans they offer. After dedicated research, Jacquie found the plan that would allow my daughter to get serious medical treatment she needed. She is patient, caring and kind. She knows her way around what is now a complex system of health insurance. Her services are free and she cares about the people she serves. Thank you, Jacquie!
