Nicolena at Health Options...where to begin? Devoted to helping others, and improving the quality of all the lives around her. Her patients well being comes first, and it shows. Attentive, knowledgeable beyond her years, and encouraging, to say the least. Always makes time for her clients, and is priced beyond reason. A true master at her profession. I cannot reccomend her services more.

Nicolena is one of the best therapists I’ve ever seen. She is dedicated, thoughtful, and will always give her clients unbiased, educated advise that will change your life for the better.

I have seen Nicolena intermittently over the past seven years. She is amazing and caring and thoughtful. She has a true gift and not only spent the time with me I needed during each session but called me during the week to check up on me if I was dealing with a heavy issue. Can't recommend enough. The space and building is beautiful!
